To get started with img2model;

• Create your free account
• Activate your account by clicking the link in your email
• Click the Generator page
• Select the image or picture you want to create a 3D model of
• Select your detail level
• A lower detail will cost less credits
• A higher detail will create better results
• Depending on your image, low detail is fine!
• A model with a lot of fine details will need a high detail level (e.g. a dragon model)
• A model with small details, such as a wine bottle, box, or vase can be a low detail level.
• Affects the price and speed a lot
• Select the polycount
• Lower polycount will be cheaper
• Higher polycount will generate smoother results
• Does not affect the actual generation detail
• Affects the price and speed a little
• Automatic texture generation
• Expensive, but generates a UV-mapped texture for your model.
• Yes, it will even fill in the sides that are invisible in your image (AI is wonderful, isn't it?)
• Does not generate PBR-textures - only a simple diffuse texture.
• Not needed for 3D printing models
• Remove background
• Will first try to isolate the in-focus model from the background.
• Useful for real pictures of items
• Not needed if you have a drawing on a white or transparant background
• Generation format
• GLB is a modern all-in-one format - contains the mesh and the texture (not functional yet)
• OBJ is a simple text-based mesh format
• STL is perfect for prints (not functional yet)
• FBX is perfect for games (not functional yet)

• Your form will upload to our servers
• The job will be listed with the Acaisia Marketplace
• Workers will pick up your job and start crunching numbers
• Results will end up in your account
• If anything goes wrong, you don't pay!

We use Mollie for our payment provider. You can buy more credits and upgrade your account. Its not required! You can test our service for free.
